Very Good

The hotel room and location were quite convenient for our needs . Especially kids play zone, my child love it .

There are some issue with the air condition and toilet flushing .

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night. If we were to come back to Seogwipo we would definitely come

The location of the hotel was close to tourist areas, restaurants and the bus stop so we found it very convenient. Our room, which felt newly renovated, was bigger than we expected, very clean and comfortable and came with the amenities we required. There were also activities (game room and karaoke) that we could use for free during our stay. We also got coupons for discounts to the ground floor cafe. Most importantly we were allowed to both check in early and leave our luggage for a short while after check out on the day of departure.

Exceptional

Very clean, comfortable room. The hotel is sited conveniently near to many key places such as Olle market, saesom bridge etc. staff was very patient and helpful in explaining about the stay and getting a taxi for us when we checked out. Wonderful experience!

Spacious room with many facilities

Airport bus stops in front of hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Gaming room and laundromat within the hotel premise. Linked to a convenient store.

Bathroom floor was very wet after shower as the water will leak out.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location of the property! The view from the top of the rooftop is worth the money alone. Incredible view. Right next to the Cheonjiyeon Falls which is a major attraction. Not far from the Jeju Island Volcanic rocks. Also close to many other locations. Restaurants near by as well. There is a games room which is fantastic - free to play. Room was spacious with great facilities. Staff were so nice. Lovely people. There is a coffee shop next to it. Breakfast was great.

Decent hotel but needs better maintenance

Located within walking distance of market. Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and room was clean. Self-service laundry and small games arcade with free games at the basement

We booked a parlour suite which was very spacious but the room wasn’t very well-maintained. Safe wasn’t working when we checked in, the sliding door of the toilet in the living room didn’t close properly, main door latch was faulty and a few electric points didn’t work. The living room window opens out to the bottom part of the pool (which was slightly elevated from our floor) so there wasn’t much of a view out. Thankfully the pool was closed due to winter so no one can look in from there.

Wonderful

The room was very big. The view was nice, although higher floors get even better views. The bed was comfortable. Close to the bus station. Staff was nice.

Amazing value and the hotel is in the best location with a rooftop pool and a very good breakfast.

The location is the best. The rooftop swimming pool. The breakfast was very good.

A light comes on in the open wardrobe when you go to the toilet at night.

the location was good

the pool was too small and not deep at all. it is just for kids. so we were disappointed about it. and the cleaning was good but probably the housekeeper mistakenly took my boyfriend white t-shirt while changing the bedclothes. the white t-shirt is missing.

Excellent location, great nights sleep.

Large, modern rooms that were in good repair and clean. comfortable beds. Large bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was great value.

Corridors are tatty. The pool area is not as nice as the rest of the hotel. The towels provided are tiny hand towels. Kettle and cups provided in room but no tea or coffee included.

Wonderful

Location, roof terrace, delicious breakfast, bus stop near the hotel, staff speak english and helped to book fishing attraction. There are game and karaoke rooms.

The carpet was dirty. Rooftop pool was overcrowded.

it was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely recommend it this place to anyone intending to stay in seogwipo. I will b

the room was huge,well lit , well equipped and extremely clean. I loved the location which had a wonderful view. the staff were extremely helpful and could understand English. great for English speaking travellers. it was conveniently located around the some of seogwipo’s attractions and had a shopping alley as well as the local market. you can easily find convenience stores(there’s even one at the lobby), cafes for your caffeine fix and even a supermarket in the area. there was a coin laundry at the basement which was clean, well stocked and well lit -you don’t have to worry about insufficient clothes packed. the staff made sure to make me feel safe and welcomed. kudos to the great service team - from the front desk to the housekeeping!

they didn’t accurately display their room size for my choice of accommodation.

There's a bus limousine stop just in front of the hotel that you can comfortably use when you arrive or leave! The staff was super kind, as we were the last hosts of the day to arrive they only had room with street view, but the day after they switched us to a ocean's view room! In the structure there is a Nice to CU, so it was east to buy drinks and snacks!

Closed pool(non covid reasons), clean

Clean room, courteous staff

Good location, but average amenities for the price. Pool was closed which was the main reason I booked it. They close it twice a month on completely arbitrary dates that are apparently listed on their website. This was not listed on the Booking.com page which feels a bit misleading to the public. Also coffeshop lady wanted to close early. Sje had cleaned up and refused tp serve me. I had to beg her to give me a coffee inspite of it not being closing time
